Heart Breaker: Daikokuya
April 22, 2008

I suppose I should not repeat the kinds of vocabularies that came of my month, but you can probably imagine the tantrum I threw after I saw this sign posted on the door of my favorite ramen joint, Daikokuya. A flood of tears inevitably followed.

Until I can compose myself, I’m going to indulge in Keizo’s blog, Go Ramen!, and pretend that I was there slurping the ramen noodle swimming in flavorful pork broth.

I feel your pain! That sucks!! So did you go eat ramen somewhere else or were you just too distraught to even think about food after that? I can’t believe THE Daikokuya overcooked their soup. What’s up with that?!!
Thanks for the mention! Hopefully you’ll get to go back sooner rather than later.

Hi Keizo. No, I haven’t gone back but my body is craving for a bowl so I think I’ll make a trip ou there soon. I enjoy your blog. I wasn’t a big ramen fan before your blog but now I’m hooked
Keep on slurping so I can live my life vicariously through yours blog!
