p.s. i absolutely loved all the dishes you made, but here are my top 5 fav's:

#1. pumpkin pie with crust from scratch! - i seriously ate the entire pie with aya in one hour. almost like the scene from an episode of friends with joey & rachel with the cheesecake...

#2. whole turkey - made to PERFECTION! the animal died for a good cause :P

#3. leek soup - i had that leftovers for lunch with toast and it was better than the one at urth cafe. seriously. very creamy...

#4. sweet mashed potato - i don't know if i tasted anything sweeter... that was so original and so good... i can't believe there's no butter or evil stuff in it to make it that heavenly!

#5.stuffin' - they were CHUNKY and felt like eating a salad. really healthy, great mixture of crunchy and mashed.

i can't wait for Christmas : )

I WAS THERE! To enjoy all the wonderful dish!
It was one of the ABSOLUTE best Thanksgiving dinner ever. Thank you so much for cooking all that! I enjoyed having the leftovers everyday... if it's possible, they were yummier... I think the sauces really did it's thing and I enjoyed waking up everyday : )
I split the pie with my roommate and she said that it was the creamiest, smooth pie she's ever had! We're both really impressed on how you mastered every single one of the dishes. WELL DONE! (Organic really made a difference too.) THANK YOU THANK YOU : )
